General Terms & Payment

💳 Payment Terms

  • Tier 1, 2, & 3: 100% of the flat fee is due upfront to initiate service
  • Tier 4: Billed quarterly and due in advance of the service period

✅ Our Guarantee (Tiers 2, 3, 4)

We guarantee that the candidates we present are qualified, vetted, and interested at the time of submission. If any candidate from our initial "Candidate Pipeline" becomes unresponsive or withdraws before you make initial contact (within 7 business days), we will provide a replacement candidate at no additional cost.

🤝 Your Role (Client Responsibility)

Our success depends on your partnership. We require timely and consolidated feedback on candidates and availability for scheduled calls. Delays in feedback can result in losing candidates to other opportunities.
